Véritable Chalet "La Fenière", exposé sud , très ensoleillé, situé sur les hauteurs Courchevel 1850, Boucle de Nogentil.
A proximité des télésièges et téléskis de Pralong, des pistes de ski de Bellecôte, Pralong, Cospillot, permettant un départ direct pour skier vers les sommets.
Vue féérique, dégagée sur les sommets.
Grand séjour et sa terrasse ensoleillée, orientés sud laissant admirer les sommets par trois baies / portes fenêtres et deux fenêtres.
Cuisine toute équipée, indépendante et avec un passe plat.
Six chambres, toutes orientées sud, dont cinq avec balcons. Permettant de loger 12 personnes. Toutes les chambres comportent une salle de bains avec notamment meubles/vasques, baignoires en fonte, wc, fenêtres.
TV dans le séjour, les chambres, et dans un espace détente.

Côté est : vue sur la Dent de Villard, le glacier de Bellecôte, le Grand Bec (massif de Pralognan), Champagny la Vanoise.
Côté ouest : vue la Croix de Verdons, la Saulire, la Vizelle et ses pistes de ski.
Côté nord : vue sur le massif de Mont Jovet.

Authentic Chalet "La Fenière", south facing, very sunny, located on the highest part of Courchevel 1850, Boucle de Nogentil.
Close to the Pralong chairlifts and ski lifts, the Bellecôte, Pralong and Cospillot ski slopes, allowing a direct starting point for skiing to the peaks.

Large living room and its sunny terrace, south facing, with a view of the summits through three bay windows and two windows.
Fully fitted kitchen, separated and with a pass-through.
Six bedrooms, all south-facing, five of which have a private terrace. Allowing for 12 people to be accommodated. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms including furniture/basins, cast iron baths, wc, windows.
